For Who?
Any child who is struggling and needs guidance and a safe environment to find solutions and work through difficulties they are facing. As well as any parent, carer, or family member who is involved in raising children.
Ages & Concerns?
For any emotional and social concerns of children aged between 3 and 12 years ranging from difficult behaviour, anxiety, aggression, low self esteem, to small everyday concerns
My Approach
Through years of experience, I have come to realise the necessity of equipping parents with basic skills and knowledge to be best able to help their children handle everyday difficulties and struggles they are constantly faced with.
My approach is therefore to offer advice, insight, and equip you as parents and carers to find simple and practical skills to help find solutions to your child's struggles. With the aim to create happier family lives and more connected parents and children, who can confront problems together instead of having to rely on long term, expensive therapy constantly.

My name is Julie, Blok, I have a Masters degree in Psychology, specialising with children and Play Therapy. My heart and passion is working with children or equipping others to help children across different backgrounds and difficulties, to give them a voice and empower them in this crazy world we live in.
